La cave Feuille Morte ist eine kleine Familienfarm mit ungef\u00e4hr 3.2 ha Rebfl\u00e4che. Ungef\u00e4hr f\u00fcnfzehn verschiedene Grundst\u00fccke mit Blick auf die Rh\u00f4ne-Ebene in den Coteaux de Sierre bilden unser Anwesen. Im Laufe der Jahre wurde die Textur dieser Parzellen identifiziert und die Rebsorten an die verschiedenen Terroirs angepasst.<\/p>\n

Die Arbeit auf unserem Weingut \u201eFeuille Morte richtet sich nach den Normen der \u201eintegrierten Produktion\u201cIP\u201c und wurde durch Vitival beglaubigt.<\/p>\n

Die Gr\u00fcndung des Weinkellers geht auf das Jahr 1986 zur\u00fcck. Seit 1991 erfolgt die Weinherstellung in einem neuen, praktischen Keller, der modernsten Anforderungen entspricht. Es besteht auch die M\u00f6glichkeit Weindegustationen durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

Die Bl\u00e4tter der Reben die unter der gl\u00fchenden Sonne unerm\u00fcdlich f\u00fcr die Fotosynthese gearbeitet und so den Trauben zu ihrem Reichtum verholfen haben, lassen sich vom Wind nach erfolgter, wertvoller Arbeit forttragen. Ihnen zur Ehre gaben Pascal und Jeannette Bonvin ihrem Weinkeller den Namen \u201eFeuille Morte\u201c auf Deutsch: \u201e Totes Blatt\u201c <\/p>\n
